In a Teacher Training Rut? – Use Workbooks

Share:

Workbooks differ from regular books in that they provide teachers with opportunity to “work” on what they read with questions and practice exercises.  Consequently, workbooks are generally not as content saturated as a book.

Workbooks differ from worksheets in that workbooks contain more pages.  Worksheets are typically no more than 1-10 pages.

Workbooks can be worked on individually or in small groups.

Following are teacher training workbooks available from Ministry Tools Resource Center.

You’ll find a few more thoughts about using workbooks in the Teacher Training Module which is included in the Christian Education Files resource. It also provides you with 22 additional means of training Bible teachers. (The Teacher Training Module can be purchased separately.)

    • Thank you. Without His Light we’d be wandering around aimlessly whether that be in a ministry such as this, teaching a Bible class, or however we might serve.
