How can we identify the learning styles of our students?<\/p>\n
One of the primary ways to identify learning styles is carefully observing students as we use various means of learning. Take note of how the individual students respond. Those who seem to grasp the truths when they see pictures, charts, diagrams, and video presentations are our visual learners. Students who seem to thrive on what they hear in lectures and discussions are our auditory learners. Those who would just as soon read for themselves or put what they’re learning into writing are our reading\/writing learners. And, students who want to touch and always do something are our tactile\/kinesthetic learners.<\/p>\n
