To Be a Motivator, Bible Teachers Must Consider Certain Factors<\/h2>\n
To truly motivate students, teachers must connect with what students already know or are able to do. Consider the following factors:<\/p>\n

- interest factor<\/a> (learning style preferences, background, likes and dislikes, etc.)<\/em><\/li>\n
- spiritual readiness factor<\/a> (spiritual growth level or maturity, biblical literacy, etc.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Connect with where your students are due to the above factors and whet their appetite for more … their next step that they will be able to understand and perceive as achievable.<\/p>\n
