Obviously Bible teachers use the Word of God as the Text from which they teach. Here’s an important “do” and “don’t” when teaching about the Bible.<\/p>\n

Do get beyond the stories, commands, and doctrine to God Himself when teaching about the Bible.<\/h2>\n

Starting with the beginning of creation<\/a> in the Book of Genesis through to God’s end time plan in the Book of Revelation, there’s a lot of content in the Bible<\/a>. We find many stories and events as we leaf through the pages, along with genealogies, geography, laws, prophecies, doctrine, and so much more. It could be easy to get hung up in WHAT the Bible says rather than WHO the Bible is about.<\/p>\n

Don’t assume people will believe something to be true just because it’s in the Bible.<\/h2>\n

If people haven’t settled the issue of the veracity of God’s Word, they may have trouble believing everything we teach. The following articles deal with issues people may struggle with that teachers should know how to address:<\/p>\n
