Within a group, you will have members with different learning styles.\u00a0 Based on how students use their senses, teachers could have a combination of:<\/p>\n

visual learners – need to see
\nauditory learners – need to hear
\ntactile \/ kinesthetic learners – need to touch or do something<\/p>\n

Further, some students will think more concretely while others are abstract in their thinking.\u00a0 Some students will need instruction to be sequential while others can randomly go with different thoughts in different directions from different perspectives.<\/p>\n

A Teacher’s Own Style of Learning Can Have an Effect on Group Dynamic<\/h2>\n

Teachers themselves will have a learning style that could push them to teach primarily one way rather than take a multidimensional approach.\u00a0 As a result they could have some students who are bored or frustrated.\u00a0 Just one or two students in that state could greatly affect group dynamics.<\/p>\n
