How important it is that Bible teachers present to their students a God who loves them and cares deeply about them. In teaching about God’s love<\/a>, however, we need to accurately present the full truth about God’s love.<\/p>\n

Important Truths to Teach About God’s Love:<\/h2>\n

\"Greatness<\/a>1) \u00a0God’s love is beyond measure.<\/p>\n

And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord\u2019s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge \u2014 that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. (Eph. 3:17b-19)<\/em><\/p>\n

2) \u00a0God’s love has already been demonstrated.<\/p>\n

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (Jn. 3:16)<\/em><\/p>\n

3) \u00a0God’s love is not the sole definition of who He is.<\/p>\n

for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” (1 Pet. 1:16)<\/em>
\n Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty. (Rev. 4:8)<\/em>
