Being stuck in a rut can sometimes do more harm than good to your teacher training efforts. Good content can be lost in a poor or overused presentation. But, even good content presented in good ways can miss the mark if it isn’t relevant.<\/p>\n

If people are bored because of the way you are presenting the training, get more creative. Vary the approach. Offer teacher training in different formats. When possible, provide training in ways that match teachers’ learning styles or preferences.<\/p>\n

Also tailor the content to meet the needs of your teachers<\/a> so the training is useful to them. What issues are your teachers dealing with? What characteristics do they need to know about the age they teach? What teaching skills can use improvement?<\/p>\n
