As Bible teachers, we can affirm students by our words but also by following-up on absences, acknowledging accomplishments and special occasions in students’ lives, warmly greeting them outside of the classroom, seeking everyone’s participation in class, etc.

    • Yes, Paulie. When we do that we let people know we care about them enough to correct. We love them so much we want them to live in the fullness of life Jesus came to give them.
