Bible teachers can be used by God to spur their students on in their walk with God, to grow in their love for Him and others which will be evidenced in serving. As such a Bible teacher becomes a motivator.

To Be a Motivator, Bible Teachers Must Consider Certain Factors
To truly motivate students, teachers must connect with what students already know or are able to do. Consider the following factors:
- developmental factor (age level characteristics and abilities)
- interest factor (learning style preferences, background, likes and dislikes, etc.)
- spiritual readiness factor (spiritual growth level or maturity, biblical literacy, etc.)
Connect with where your students are due to the above factors and whet their appetite for more … their next step that they will be able to understand and perceive as achievable.
