Jesus, the Master Teacher, Didn’t Have to Ask Questions

Jesus had far greater wisdom and understanding than those He taught. He could have simply lectured and held people’s attention, doing so because “He taught as one having authority” (Matt. 7:28-29). He nonetheless varied His teaching methods. Rather than simply spoon feed people with everything they needed to know, He challenged them to think things through.
Follow the Example of Jesus is Using This Method of Teaching
Those who rely on primarily lecture or some other one-way communication should seek to expand their methodology to at least include some questions. If Jesus the Master Teacher didn’t rely on lecture in His teaching, why should we?
