Disciplemaking Teachers Aren’t Alone

Disciplemaking teachers follow Jesus command to “go and make disciples” as something imperative in their teaching.

Disciplemaking Teachers Have an Inseparable Presence - Not AloneBut, it isn’t always convenient. To make disciples requires an investment of our time and possibly resources. We need help to make those sacrifices.

We might not feel comfortable with all of our students. But, the Great Commission requires us to be inclusive of all students. We need help to love as Jesus loves.

And, it doesn’t always comes natural or easy. Nonetheless, disciplemaking requires us to be intentional in ways that affect lesson preparation and keep us on track in the classroom. We need help to diligently keep this focus.

Bible Teachers Have an Inseparable Presence, Hence an Always Present Help So They Are Not Alone

Praise God, we have help. Immediately following the Great Commission, Jesus said, “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matt. 28:20). Jesus promised to ALWAYS be with us. With His presence comes His power.

The Bible Teacher’s Role includes four realities we experience as teachers because our Lord is ALWAYS with us. It also looks at other aspects of being a disciplemaking teacher along with instruction on seven other roles that will enable us to impact students’ lives.
