Use Panel for Bible Teachers Training

Panels or a round table format can be a great way for your Bible teachers to learn from others.

Using Panels or Round Table Formats for Teacher Training

Bring together a panel of experts or experienced teachers to discuss certain issues.  If, at the end of the panel discussion, your teachers are able to ask questions or join in the discussion, all the better.

Or, you might simply bring together all of your teachers, sitting together around a table or in a circle. Having a peer discussion. can bring insight to both new and veteran teachers as different perspectives can spur further discussion.

You’ll find a few more thoughts about using panels or a round table format for teacher training in the Teacher Training Module which is part of the Christian Education Files resource. This resource also looks at 22 additional means of training Bible teachers. (The Teacher Training Module can be purchased separately.)
