Age level training should be part of a teacher training plan so teachers communicate in ways their students can understand and that makes truths relevant to the needs and issues faced at that age.
Acrostic for How to Teach in Accordance with Students’ Age Level
The following acrostic provides some tips for reaching and teaching students in ways that fit their age level:

affirm what they can do, accept what they can’t, adapt based on their age level abilities

gear vocabulary to their ability to understand, guide them with instructions they can understand, generate interest in their next steps
E
engage with methodology suited to their age, encourage participation geared to their abilities, envelop them with affirmation suited to their needs
