Using the Computer & Internet to Train Bible Teachers
Since computers and the Internet are part of life, why not use them for teacher training?

The Value of Using Computers and the Internet for Teacher Training

In addition to being a tool people many people are accustomed to using, computers and the Internet add the following advantages to teacher training:

  • Laptops, tablets, and smart phones make their use more portable and flexible than ever, opening the doors for training busy people on the go or at their convenience. Hence, we’re providing a time-saving way of training.
  • They allow us to keep in touch with individual teachers and/or a group of teachers, to pre-empt a training session with something to think about or to follow-up training opportunities.

The Teacher Training Module included in the Christian Education Files resource lists some possibilities of how to use the computer and Internet for teacher training.

  1. Hello Sir/Ma’am. I’m an Elder at my church I would love to have some certification in teaching Sunday school, bible, adults, young adults. Thanks, Gwendolyn Anderson

    • Greetings in our Lord, Gwendolyn Anderson. Praise God for your desire to be further equipped for teaching God’s Word. We do not offer courses so we do not provide certification in teaching. Let me suggest that you check out continuing education possibilities through online or distance learning through Bible Colleges or someplace like Moody Bible Institute.
