If all teachers are not following it, some of the teachers will miss out some vital training. As such, you would not be able to rely on this medium alone but rather use it as a supplement to those who are able to follow it.
Suggestions for How to Use Social Media for Teacher Training
There are multiple ways social media can be used for training your Bible teachers. Get some ideas in the Teacher Training Module which is part of the Christian Education Files resource. One thing teachers really need help with is ways to teach the lesson creatively. Most can read the literature and present it to the class; fewer can think of creative ways to present the material. So, given them a few creative ideas each week through social media!
Thanks, Brad, for sharing this practical way to help teachers through social media. To be sure, teachers would greatly benefit from being given creative ideas for how to present the lesson material. Sometimes when many ideas are suggested all at once teachers often end up doing only a little as it is too overwhelming to process everything at once.
