The Need for Empowerment
No matter how long someone has taught or how much previous training they have had, they need to be serving though the power God provides, not according to their natural abilities. They are not teaching just any textbook but rather the inspired Word of the Almighty God. Spiritual words must be spiritually discerned. All teachers need the Holy Spirit working in and through them. The Need for Effectiveness

The Need for Encouragement
While some teachers may be more insecure, frustrated, or weary than others, all need to be encouraged along the way.
